How safe is it to talk about your company’s trade secrets on Gmail? According to the privacy policy, it looks like their computers are allowed to scan every word, but it doesn’t say much about humans reading your messages. Have there been documented cases of Google stealing your idea and actually running with it?
The reason why I don’t use a more secure way to talk about secrets is that Gmail is just too good. There’s threads, easy search, previews of images and music, etc…
