I think its nice, one thing tho… i dont like the menu that much… hmm maybe try some other colors and placement maybe? not sure…
the menu bars color at the top bother me. the actual menu is fine, the gradient behind it is not. could be the strength of the orange throwing me off, or that the tint of green doesn’t compliment the rest of the sites colors well.
Ok. how about now? i changed it to black.

your slogan “crafting ideas” seems a bit out of place tho, move it at least up a little so the letter “g” doesn’t get cut off…
since there’s so many web developers out there you should also make it clear what exactly your specialities are… i didn’t find that out after reading almost 2 pages, which is far from being customer friendly,
Edit: since this is your business site, try and think about what the customer your’re looking for expects from a web developers site
