for a Flash site, nice. For a “first” Flash site, GREAT work. Love the color scheme, love the transitions, love the intro. etc. :slight_smile:

Yeah ■■■■ good job. The sound is great and especially for your first time it is awesome! You say you learned Flash for a client, so how long did it take you to learn it?

i’m STILL learning…

the whole affair took about 5 months. if you break that down to real time (2-3 hours 3-4 evenings per week) it’s something like 4-6 weeks of development

one of the reasons it took so long was because i had to wait for the client to give me information, images etc… sometimes i would do nothing for a week, just waiting for stuff… and sometimes the client would change all the words and things i’d already done [it boils down to bad management on my part, not the client’s]

also, the first 3 weeks i [miss]used putting a load of draft sites together to demo… when [i know now] i could have sketched everything on paper until a definite draft was chosen

one important thing i learned was this: the client doesn’t know what they want. but the client knows EXACTLY what they don’t want.

as for talent… well. i wish i could do nice things in photoshop!

and as for pay… he he… :slight_smile: well, i’ll tell you when i get paid!

Nice work. I wish I had found this place when I started. My First jobs sucked until i found this place. Very nice site
