So has anyone else seen this flick? If so,what are your thoughts?
I saw it Saturday although I really wanted to catch it on 6/6/06 because well - what better day to see a movie about the Antichrist and the end of the world.
I didn’t know much about them remaking it going in. In fact it pretty much eluded me up untill about two weeks prior to being released. So I was going in pretty much cold

I was hoping they would sum up the whole thing into one movie. That didnt happen.
For the most part I liked it. I usually hate it when remakes add new crazy things to the story that weren’t in the original. But this added like nothing. The deaths were all the same everything…Even the situations that lead up to them. That kind of bothered me…
But the startle scenes were awesome. This flick got me like ten times - well that coupled with the fact I went with my sister who whenever she gets startled she jumps a good foot in the air - its impossible not to jump with her lol stupid reflexes.
