how do you edit the vector points of a graphic and tween the change?

Use a shape tween and add shape hints where ever you’d need 'em. (Modify | Shape | Add Shape Hint)
i just figured it out as soon as i posted… i have been up since yesterday morning… so i’m am having a bit of difficulty thinking
