As I set this is my first flash site, I must add a preloader at start, but I need a few opinions on flash and design.

This is a fantastic start jarenjel considering it’s your first flash site.
However, there are a few things I personally would change, but as I always say when critiquing someones site, if you’re happy with it, then leave as is, unless of course, it causes major user interference.
First off, I would lose the horizontal/vertical text scrolling, it distracts the eye from the content.
You might what to up for fps, that feedback form rolls in pretty slow - I’m on a fast machine and cable, so I don’t think the lag is on my end.
I’m not keen on the squares around your navigation. It seems to be a ‘theme’ around the site (I notice you have them on the contact form also). They just seem a little clumbersome. I would perhaps rethink this esthetically.

hey its pretty funky i reckon i agree with yorkshire pudding guy bout the fps and the scrolling text my site is also pretty slow i need to up it abit i like your buttons though they are cool good start http://www.typhoon-extensions.cjb.net take a look at that its my first flash site dont think it is as good as yours well done

Well I’m sure you’re here to get honest opinions so I’m going to be honest. I like the colors and I like the simplicity, but im not too fond of the text moving back and forth. I mean it looks good now, but later when you have more content, I think the moving text would be a distraction. And yes, bump up the fps a bit too, also you might want to reduce your layout’s size so that it works with both 800x600 and 1024x768 resolutions. I’m using 1024x768 so it looks fine to me, but someone on 800x600 might see parts of your layout cut off. So far its not bad at all, I like it overall, just needs some touch ups. =)
