Trying to prevent the fps of my game from reducing

Hi
not too good with flash,am creating a race game and it keeps running slowly till i discovered that the fps keeps decreasingtried my best.but it still reduces each time i launch the movie.

any ideas.
i’ld really appreciate you helping me out
