I’m working on a new site and I can’t figure out why the navigation images are shifting ever so slightly

When the opening animation finishes, they shift slightly
After you scroll over, then mouse over a button, they shift slightly
I realize this is difficult to determine without seeing the fla, but I have checked each image, each rollover instance and they are in exactly the same positions. I was just hoping this was some kind of common problem with tweens or something.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
