Hi guys,
I’ve made simple apps with forms that send results by email through php, but I’m working on an online questionnaire and I’ve been asked if I can write the results directly to an Excel file server side to make the data easier to manage.
I think the way to go about this is to write to a CSV file, but I’ve not found many resources around on this, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Building on that, I was wondering if there was any way to update rather than create a CSV file, ie. each time a form is completed, it populates the existing CSV file in the next available area?
Basically, I need the questionnaire results from my Flash movie to output the data in a way that can be easily manipulated, so any alternative suggestions would be very welcome.
