Hello all,
my neighbour has currently got Norton Internet Security 2004 and Norton Antivirus 2004, and has just bought antivirus 2007. When we put the cd in, it says that there is another symantic product, like personal firewall blocking it, so we need to uninstall it by going to the ‘add/remove programs’ screen.
but…
there are no symantic (norton) products in the list, and i have tried disabling the firewall and all security, but still it wont let us install the new antivirus - any ideas?
