hi,
im trying to pass a urlstring with special (spanish) characters to my flash video player like this:
video.htm?title=Uso%20del%20plan%20de%20acción%20del%20asma&video=04seg_Asma_Pedi_sp.flvthe “title” shows up in a Dynamic textfield in my swf, but it cuts out the special chars in Firefox, it works fine in IE and Netscape.
anyone run into this before? I have tried adding “system.useCodepage = true;” to my flash doc and tried many different encodings too (á, ó, etc) but nothing works. Actually it does work once but then if i navigate to another video then come back to this one it doesnt work anymore!
