**[U]Job Description:[/U]**
In this position you'll have the opportunity to architect and build the toolkit that enables advertising in some of the web's most widely-used Flash-based video players. Our Flash Video Player Integration Toolkit is a key component of our system and consists of video player plug-ins that streamline the process of integrating Flash-based video players with our ad management technologies, handling everything from communicating with our web services through display of the ads and tracking user activity within the player.

[]Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Computer Science or closely related field)
[]Strong ActionScript 2.0 and/or 3.0 skills
[]Some experience developing with a traditional object oriented language (e.g., C++, Java, C#)
[]Knowledge of web basics, including solid understanding of HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
