I am looking for something specific and can’t really think of a good search term. What I am looking for is some sort of After Effects, or Photoshop, or Premiere tutorial or something of the sort, that might be able to show me how to mimic the effect of say, a television channel getting changed or some kind of interference, when the image gets all skewed and what not.
