So i’m having some troubles with vista here. I’m running vista, and programs are taking a unusual amount of ram. Firefox with three tabs open uses 200mb, thats more than it should right? Msn Messenger is using about 40mb, which is also too much right? I cant figure out where all my memory is going. I am using on average 870mb of ram, and those two programs are the only ones open that take any significant amount of ram that i see (based of the task manager). Windows vista doesn’t use like 600mb of ram while idle does it?!
its very frustrating. I just formatted last month or so and have all the protection software installed. So i don’t think its spyware…
anybody else having memory problems with vista?
