Ham in the Fridge is seeking an experienced Flash Developer for a full-time, on-site position with us. In this role, you will work collaboratively with team leads, designers and other developers to determine technical & creative possibilities and requirements for projects ranging from all-Flash websites and microsites, to online advertising and promotional games for clients like Target, Cartoon Network and more.
Candidate must be a proven systematic thinker, able to see patterns and opportunities for componentization and optimization from project to project. Preferred candidate has agency experience, and is very sensitive to design and maintaining design integrity during development phase. Self motivation a must, team player a must. Sense of humor optional, but highly preferred.

[]be able to faithfully translate designer files (native design files such as Illustrator or Photoshop, or designer-created Flash files) into maintainable Flash applications

Experience with SQL, Actionscript 3.0, Flex, ASP, .NET, ColdFusion, Java, C#, Javascript, AJAX experience a plus but not required.
