What is SnazzyFM™
A final year project by Iwani Khalid. An online radio that runs on FLASH PLAYER 6 and above. Users need not use an external media player to stream radio, open up 2-3 different browser windows to request songs, make dedication and interact with other listeners. All of that can be done in the ONE SINGLE FLASH APPLICATION that they only have to download ONCE and run it anytime from their PC given that they’re connected to the Internet

SnazzyFM™ is still undergoing its final development stages and requires a BETA TEST before completing its development process. Some features may or may not work fully but this is to briefly give users an idea of what Snazzy FM™ is. This BETA TEST requires users to try the application out and then, users’ evaluation are compiled in a Text/Audio/Video guestbook OR a traditional survey based on its graphical aspects, user experience, technical and a few other criteria that would be a great reference for me to complete SnazzyFM™

seeing sonlist error w/ movieclip!

i cant send mesage in chat pressing enter. if possible put one button.

when music complete the artist and music name not reload and show indefined

i like this. what u use to not show security error when connect out machine?

Hi Pablo!

I’m hosting the PHP files, the streaming all form my PC because I’m a student and can’t afford a server that supports shoutcast streaming and PHP. Anyway, thank you so much for viewing my application. I hope you can spare some time to answer a short survey regarding its design, function aspects.

Regarding your questions,

this is only a 60% Beta Test, and I haven;'t finished the function for loading playlist and requesting from Flash. however, if you want to view your dedications through the application, you can make them at http://snazzyfm.no-ip.info/snazzyfm/playlist.php

I think this is probably because of the server lag. sob. im using a sendAndLoad function that has a setInterval to it for every 1 minute. i wanted to use Flash Media Server chat for this one, but i cant afford one. so had to use a PHP based one. will put the “Send” button soon! i just thought of giving my users a feel of “Instant Messengers” hehehe!

this problem probably happened because of the same reason as above. i sometimes get it too. sob.

thanks again Pablo for your comments and time. really hope you can answer the survey I posted earlier in this post. if you have microphone, can you record your answers and send it to me because my lecturers kinda prefer a video or audio proof. sucks! hehe…
