I got the small 4x5 one becasue I was a cheap bastard at the time but I would have to say that it works very well for me. I can just imagine working with the bigger ones to be even better. At first, I cramped the hell out of my hand, now I can’t design without it!
The mouse seriously sucks for designing but I use it if I just want to play some games.
