Do any of you find postions like this to be unfair sometimes?
Like I mean uou do occasionally get the rare hybrid designer that can code really well or vice versa - and on the freak occasion can animate realllllly well, but I notice that people usually swing one way or another.
There are flashgods out there who can’t design, and designers, and even animators cough mecough who never take the time to learn how to code because they spend their time being good at what they do.
just wanted your opinions hehe cause I have encountered a few situations where jobs require the full “shebang”.:flower:
