well, after basically throwing away $620, i’ve decided i need a better source of income than $8.50/hr doing flash and video editing. my passion is film but i have no real capital to buy equipment yet.
my idea is to make some money starting a small web design company, and do that until i have enough money to start the film side and make commercials for local businesses.
can anyone give me advice for starting this company? do i have to go through all the steps making it a legitimate company? any thoughts on contracts and how you deal with clients as far as making sure they like what you make
