I don’t know if i’m in the right place but I have made a site but I’m ****ing with the webcam.

Does anyone know how I get a webcam onto an website??
And another thing is that on the site when the webcam is disconnect or down the last image has to stay on… HOW???

I don’t know anything about this but I know it’s possiblw with java/anfy and flash!
