hey guys wuz up i been working for this company at a temp no benefits no vacation or rasis in order to get in here you have to pass a test and pass the interview to but the thing is that they post jobs but the ones that have the first chance to get the jobs are the ones that are already working here they transfer to the other positions we have to wait until nobody whants the job and it goes to the outside thats us well my question is im tired of trying to get in here i have a friend that works for a design firm and he is asking me to join the team to do an internship on his studio but its not a payd internship i really want to do it but i have to make some time i allready posted a resume on monster.com what do you think i should do about my situation should i stick to this job or move on any body have any advice.
