[FONT=Arial]Basically I have had a state job for over 3 months for an educational institution doing mostly web admin type work. The job is sometimes a bit boring, pay is ok but the benefits are amazing. 4 weeks vacation time, already have 7 days after 3months of work, sick days, etc. Now I have a chance to take this job with a small tech company which has been in business for 7 years doing mostly graphics work with flash and the pay would be 20k more per year which is a lot. The benefits are ok not like the educational institution but I would be doing work utilizing flash which I love using. I am really stuck here and wondering if I should take the better paying job or stick to the state job? I am worried about job security with the tech company even though they have been in business for 7 years… state job is a state job… what do you guys think? What would you do in my case?[/FONT]
