There are not many things that annoy me more than someone sending me a screenshot of text rather than the text itself, requiring me to manually transcribe the text in the image.
However, this last guy took the cake.
Not only did he send me a screenshot of the text, but he pasted that image into a Word document. Not only was it a Word document, but it was the newest, latest version of Word, unopenable had I not had OpenOffice installed.
For when writing how you feel isn’t enough…
This was no 12 year old with a computer, but a large corporation. :sigh:
