there’s no inspiration to audioslave… they’re all really good at writing songs, but they’re not doing it for the right reasons. They’re together because record executives thought i’d be cool to put them together. They don’t get along well together.

And I’m NOT saying the music quality is comparable to britney. Audioslave is incredibly better than her. However, good music can still be uninspired, and prepackaged.

Oh, and just so that you know, Soundgarden is one of my favorite bands. I love them, and I was CRUSHED when I heard they were breaking up. Audioslave just doesnt compare.
