Any vector based program will do. Adobe Illustrator and Macromedia Freehand are good choices.

While on the subject, a couple of things that drive me up the wall with spelling and grammar on these forums:
- People who intentionally spell words incorrectly (e.g. using ph instead of f, 100% of the time).
- People who rush a post and make a load of spelling errors to the point that you have no clue what they are trying to say, then don’t even bother to proof-read their post afterwards and expect people to respond and/or help.
- Many other things.
