Looks like just photoshop to me. It’s basically just colored and edited clouds with radial zoom blur’s right? Nice stuff though. I’d probobly have to go with 4.

No…i really like you to use the third design…it’s really futuristic…very contrast and have such a great energy…people will feel excited when they see it…yup…
You can do it with flash, java, php, whatever you prefer. Just run a search on google for “loading random images”. As always, there are a few tuts right here on kirupa to help you out.

Dsico-Stu// It’s a splash page that anyone has to be able to see. If I use flash on it then the System Requirement: Flash Player 6 + is a bit pointless as they’ll already have if they can see it.
