This efect is amazing, I am doing a product dempo for my company. I would love to learn how to do this effect.

Um…so which effect are you reffering to? There are many effects on that site…please be more specific.
The one that stands out the most is the sky which is basically a video file imported into flash and is looped.
yes the sky, where would I get a clip like that, what fileformat does it have to be, and is it easy to get into flash

You can find a clip similar to that one on Google. Run a search from “time lapse sky video.”
The format you can use is AVI or MOV and getting it into flash is easy, just import it in.
you could try the “www.alltheweb.com” search engine, under the video section, to search for a clip

I have done that effect before…you can take someone elses work…or you can do it manually…
Its done with Adobe After Effects…
Youll need a plugin called Aurora Sky…

and as far as the format goes…
After im done with it in After Effects, I save it as a Quick Time file…no compression…full quility
Then I use this program called Video Squeeze…
It can compress the video file to the flash format FLV…
So you can save it as a quick time file compressed and youll probably get that same time laps to about 150kbs…
or you can save it as a FLV file using Video Squeeze and have the same file as low as 24kbs without loseing any quility…its your choice…but thats just how I do it.
Its a little bit more work…but when you see the final results…youll be patting yourself on your shoulder:)…well maybe thats just me:(lol
