Why does my flash look bad?

yo guys, i just worked on this navigation and i dont know why it is small in the browser can you tell me why?

it looks fine but after i exported it it looks like jaggy, i put the jpeg quality on 100 but it seems to be a problem with the size like width and height, help please:trout:

Well it looks bad to me because I’m viewing the actual swf and it get’s stretched out to fit my browser. Try exporting it with the html page and see if it’s still pixelated.
