So far so good with the new wmp10… it runs smoother than the previous versions and has a way better layout. I’ll give you guys a more in depth report when I have a chance to play around with it some more.
I am not a huge fan of the Icons. I think the intense white on the top makes them hard to see. I have to focus for a sencond more to see what they are. They look cool, but it takes away functionality for me.
cr - Have you tried changing the colors? You have almost unlimited control over the color scheme by going to View | Enhancements | Color Chooser. You could try a darker color scheme that increases the contrast to make the icons more visible, or am I misunderstanding your question?
I noticed that the Library is a lot faster at displaying the files I have. In the beta and WMP9, it would lag my system for a few seconds while displaying all of the info related to my files in Media Library. That seems to have been fixed now 
looks skeptically at WMP… hmmm… I like iTunes way better…

I agree… though I still miss the Win95 version… It was instant, it was fast, you could open many at the same time.
haha - at least you do have the classic WMP 95 skin
