"wipe" effect whe loading new movie

I’m just wondering how to achieve this effect. I saw a good example on this website http://www.dezap.com/ . That is initially what I would to do. I’ve tried everything that I can think of, but i believe im just thinking to much.

a masked layer on top with an unmasked layer beneath. The mask shrinks (scales to 0) and reveals the layer beneath

I know what it breaks down too, I was wondering if someone has a source file, or something for me to look at.
