I am not sure if this has been done by any folks around here, but I had a thought for what I would like to do for my next business card. I want to have my business card available in the standard print version, but also have some printed on a mini-CD. The mini-CD can have my website loaded onto it as well as some extras (like desktop images, my logo in EPS/JPG/AI, and a high-res digital version of the printed business card).
Would this be a waste? I would like to mail these out to clients (including all previous clients) and people who I think would benefit from having this type of media on hand.
By “waste” I mean both the time and money spent on this kind of thing. Please let me know your thoughts, or if you have had to deal with this and can give me personal advice for or against it.
