so i play rugby for my university, and they’ve asked me to make a website for them. i want to do it in flash because i think it has the potential to be the best team site on campus. i started a header in photoshop that needs some cleaning up, and will be imported into flash. here are my issues…

how do i make a starburst like the one i have but keeping all the lines straight, not jagged like they are at the top of the header?

how else can i fill in the shield? i have attached the old crest/shield we have been using if that might help with suggestions.
