a lot of informations…and the colors are kind a the same so its very hard to focus on one thing…darker tones on the nav would fit nicer as well as that section advices from the experts…its a good start…

You need to define your page background color. My default browser background color is tan, so your page to me is tan and orange with white specs everywhere from your images.
You need to say what version of Flash your tutorials are for, that Flash 4 syntax isn’t used anymore and will return error messages if you try to use it in Flash 5 and up.
Overall for layout, it seems a bit too much like flashkit to me, except flashkits layout I believe stretches to fit the browser width, but this one stays the same size so on my browser I get a large area of blank space on the right.
