Xxviii, from geek to hercules!

Hey everyone,
I know a few people have asked about work out routines and all before, but I sort of need a little bit of a hand crafted one.
So here’s some info and everything.
I’m 5’11 145ish pounds (I’m a pretty little guy), really skinny, though I have broad shoulders and all that junk, don’t know how much that really matters, just giving you an idea of my current stature and all. Anyway, in my possession I have like a few dumbells from 5 pounds to 15 pounds I think… nothing big at all, but I can get more if the need is there. I also have a total gym 1000 or something along those lines.
That’s pretty much it.

So what I need to know is if anyone can help me with some sort of work out routine for the summer because I need to get in shape. I want to gain some mass, but I want the chiseled look, not the bulky look. I want to focus on upper body stuff, arms, chest, abs, back, stuff like that, but my legs are like twigs so I need to work on that too. I realize that just working out in the summer isn’t going to get me jacked or anything, but I need to get started now.

Anyone that wants to help I will be eternally in their debt.
