I know I’ve posted this exact thread about 5 times, and everyone posts this same thread every 2 weeks. Deal with it :beam:
I just threw down fitty bones a month to get a membership to Gold’s (bleh, all they have here that has multiple locations) and I would like to actually get my moneys worth from these ayholes.
I can’t afford a trainer or anything, so advise me.
Right now I’m 5’10" (that’s not going to change) I weight between 170 and 180 I’m guessing. I’ve got the structure to get big, but I’m pretty scrawny aside from my gut and love handles which basically came out of nowhere the past year or two.
So I want to get my bodyfat way down, but I also want to bulk up at the same time. I realize working out a lot will naturally make me lose a little of that fat, but I’ll probably throw about half an hour of cardio into each session just to speed that up a bit.
Anyway my main concern is upper body. Chest, shoulders, back, arms, abs. Want a really good full body thing going on though, so I’ll probably toss in in legs once a week, even though I ride my bike and run quite a bit, so my legs are skinny but fairly ripped (they look funny, yes).
So advise me. I need to bulk up, but I’m going for definition over bulk. Don’t have much bulk to work with so obviously need to bulk up first. I’d like to go about 5 days a week, 6 if I can. Already working 50 hours a week and part timing school though, so it’s going to be rough getting there.
