You need to use PHP, so you have to make sure your host supports it. You need to use the mail() function. For more information on the mail() function, go here:

Here’s what I did on my code to send mail out:
$myemail = *******
mail($myemail, $subject, $message, $from)
you have to figure out how to get the subject, message, from, variables to this script. With flash, each input textbox is assigned to those variables. And the button uses the loadVars() function to send it to the script.
Now, to keep TRACK of the messages, that’s a little bit different…
