no They havn’t released it. But i was one of the lucky to get my hands on a full version. ( I was a beta tester, got fired because i didn’t report but only played the games )
Doom III with Half-Life 2 in close second. Also looking forward to Splinter Cell 2 (but since I’ve only just bought Splinter Cell, I really should finish that first).

That’s bull*, there have been no reports of any beta testers for the game. You just got your hands on the leaked version. They pushed the released date when someone leaked the source code, you think they’d turn around and start letting people beta test it?

I can go either way. I think I might almost like console FPS better. I don’t think Ive ever felt more comfortable with a FPS as I have with N64 Bond - and that wasnt keyboard and mouse. I guess it just depends on what you’re used to and what you’ve been training on.

what I don’t understand is - why the hell would you want to play a game that’s not finished? why spoil the surprise of playing a potentially amazing game by playing it in an unfinished, unreleased, potential buggy-as-hell state? I don’t get it. My new pc is fast enough to run HL2 and Doom3, but I’m not rushing out to get the alpha versions :-\
tbh, if that ****ing ing stupid motherer bastard ****head wanker hadn’t leaked the source code - we’d probably be playing Half-Life 2 already by now. bastards.

ow yee, There finneshed with the game. Only they pushed the release because unrealtournament 2003 sales are doing so well. That’s why they pushed back UT2004 to. I would be released on 1 dec. but they pushed it back to feb/mar. That leaked source code is BS.
AND LIKE I SAYED I AM A BETA TESTER! a beta tester is someone that testets the game for bugs and such.
No problem. But Epic Games is behind the rumore’s of the source code. Maybe they leaked it out so they could push back the release dates.
UnrealTournament is doing so well what they did not exspect. So they though if they pushed back the release date they could sell more of UT2003. Because 2004 is Way better then 2003.
