Looks like a corporate site to me. I like the nav bar. Interesting hybrid flash/iframe type design. The sound effects are placed well and have good quality.
I like it, very nice…their is a problem I saw though, not on your site, but if you go into your portfolio and go to the Yoko Japenese Restaurant, that page is really messed up. Part of it is on the bottom and the other is on top, I hope it wasn’t made to look that way. Anyways, good job on your site, I give it an 8.5:thumb:

Yeah yokorestaurant.com is currently being redesigned. Everything in our portfolio is sorta out of date… I made them all a while ago so I look forward to getting some client work in so I can showcase my new talents.
AH! I thought I covered all of the font embedding. Where did I miss?
Ugh, never perfect the first time around… any other mistakes anyone?
Hmm… With Firefox 0.9 I’m seeing Times New Roman everywhere.
With IE the font looks okay, though. Also the borders of your tables look messed up in 0.9.
Otherwise, nice, clean and proffesional style. Maybe it could have had some other backround color, instead of white, [size=1](or then the top colour changed)[/size] but that’s just me 
i like the site but on 56K the site took a while to load, I didn’t see any preloaders so all the animations played a little, stopped then continued when the page loaded which was kind of annoying. All the pictures took a while to load also on the layout.
yea, im working on finding another preloader script that will cut down load time on images and im making preloaders for all the larger flash files
Nice use of white space, loading is a problem, also if you havent won awards yet, leave the section out for now, or award yourself!
Attached is a simple preloader script – simply put the code and loader into either a scene/frame before and adjust the srcript to timeline accordingly - simulate download in flash, and hopefully see results …
