Anyway, just thought Id get some crits on my site. I wanted a nice, clean site with no flash. Tell me what you think

first of all amazing 3d work (specially the gray characters). I like the style i for one think a portfolio should be more about the projects than the web site it self. there is only 3 things that i would look more into about your site.
1st the sub menus (for example in gallery the sub menu is vehicles | environments | characters | organized crime) need something to catch the users eye the first time i went to the page i taught the page was empty and skipped it.
2nd I don’t know why i keep thinking that the main buttons action should be reversed. meaning have them always in focus and then blurring them when the mouse goes over. it would just make it easier on the user. try out maybe it works better.
3rd if the user has a resolution of 1024 x 768 he or she has to scroll down to get to the menu. I have a 1280 x 1024 and didn’t encounter the problem personally but i know some one else will. The standard used to be 800 x 600 but a lot of sites are trying to bring up the standard to 1024 x 768. it really is up to you and how accessible you want your site to be
also if your going to have the design only fit into a high resolution. let the user know what resolution they need to view your site properly
all i have to say is ****. the 3d **** is blazin. especially the fig with the bubble gum crissis chick. and are those real cars??? cause if not then thats amazing work. umm as far as the site goes, my first prob was with the butts. um i thought something happened to the loading until i moused over em. make em regular static and since you dont want to go flash. try to werk the designs around your werk. its actually good werk and you shouldnt be hising/ i should not have to hunt for em either. throw em out there and atleast put some icons or something to let me know whats up ahead. reason being is that since your not using flash then give me some reason to stay/go further in.

I couldnt even see the nav on 1024 x 768 so I was like ok where do I go 
but I didnt know I had to screw down ! I would suggest putting the nav on top to escape this situation! Great 3d I love it!
