Is flash MX a different program to Flash 5? or is built within? I like the things you can do from what I’ve seen on this site, but I don’t know whether I can accomplish it.
Flash MX is really Flash 6, and they should be treated as different programs (in my book).
What you can accomplish? Aptitude, determination, desperation will all help you somewhat.

Flash MX is a different program. Flash 5 and Flash MX may share some similar features, but besides that, the cosmetic and underlying changes are really varied between the programs. Quite sad that in each version of Flash, Macromedia decides to completely revamp their program. We need to get one interface and try to stay with it
