Abused by verio.net

Folks, be careful when you report spam!

I was getting spam mails via my website’s contact form. At first, I just deleted them, but then I started getting 5 to 10 a day, so I got fed up, did a whois on the domain they were promoting, found it was registered with verio and reported them.
Verio asked me for more information:

…we
cannot complete our investigation because your complaint does not
contain either the full headers of the offending message or the
complete body…
, so I forward the next X messages to them.

What happens next?
I get a mail from my host telling me my account is disabled because I spam!!
I simply can’t believe how stupid these folks are, in my report mail, I said I was getting the spam mails via MY website’s contact form, sent to MY mail adress, and because I include the headers showing MY domain as the origin, they put MY site down, I spam myself, right?

So for the time being, eyezberg.com is offline due to verio.net being unable to read spam reports… be warned.
