i dont know if its possible, but i was wondering if you could up the framed to lets say 120 fps just a movie clip, the rest of the movie would still be 12 fps.
if there is no way of doing this, its ok, im sure i can figure something out that will give me the wanted affect. thank you.

Well you can turn that movie clip its own flash .swf movie and import it into your main movie that you don’t wan’t to be at 120 FPS and this will work but there is no way to make one movie with different parts with different FPS speeds!
Using loadMovie() won’t give you the desired effect either.
yeah i kinda figured you couldnt change the speed, thanks for the help though.
