I just wanted to know if any of you had tried using Moray and PoV-ray to create 3D stuff.
PoV-ray is a free raytracer (available here http://www.povray.org/ ).
Moray is a 80 euro shareware modeler designed to work together with PoV-ray (http://www.stmuc.com/moray/ ).
They work pretty well together I think. I managed to churn out this pretty quickly.
Both programs are primarily Windows oriented, although PoV-ray has been ported to many platforms.
A cheap alternative to the more expensive 3D programs out there.
