…because I’m trying to learn it. I’ve been using Cinema 4D for a while now, and I think it’s time to try something a little more pro. So any suggestions/help/tips/tricks/tutorials/useless comments/anything would be appreciated.
Oh, and:
I used to poly-model in C4D by placing points, joining (‘bridging’) them to create polygons, and then using HyperNURBS to subdivide it. Is modelling similar in Maya? From what I’ve seen, the focus is mostly on NURBS modelling (ie. profiles, curves, sweeps, extrudes, lofts, cuts, etc.). I wonder if there’s any ‘Switching from C4D to Maya’ tutorial…:sigh:
