Best way to insert a preloader?

Hi, I have my preloader created. My pages load into a “holder” movie clip I made on the main SWF. Right now I just use the first 2 frames in each SWF for the preloader. Is there a better way, or an easier way to use a preloader. I just think it’s troublesome to add the preloader script to every SWF file that needs to preload. Is there some way to use the preloader which is on the main SWF page for each different page that is loaded into the “holder” clip? thanks.
