Having a bit of trouble with this tutorial:

Quite simply I have an animated button which I want to open a new Flash animation when clicked.
Cant seem to get it to work for me. I followed the steps through precisely and added the scripts etc to my current Flash button in a website I’m constructing. The preview within Flash CS3 seems to be working fine, (the window opens up in Firefox when button is clicked) with no errors being pointed out.
But when I preview the HTML version within the browser nothing happens when I click the button. very confusing.
Also I noticed the actionscript and layer names slightly vary on the ‘step by step guide’ to the FLA file download. Could this be tripping me up?
I would greatly appreciate a pointer in the right direction. Or an alternative way to do this. Many thanks.
