Centered Pop-Up Window

I’ve been folowing the tutorial ‘Centered Pop-Up Window’ from this site.

I have come to the point where Ipaste the code into the actions of my button but Flash is not allowing me to. Any ideas why?

Make sure when testing the button you are viewing your movie in a browser window and not the flash standalone player or preview mode in Flash.

The script calls upon a javascript function with which the browser itself translates, therefore the movie must be within a browser window.

I’m not even getting to the stage of testing the button. I am not being allowed to paste the code into the actions window. I can’t even just type the code in. It’s saying i’m not allowed to paste incorrect code in

Open your actions panel and on the upper right hand corner of that panel, there should be an arrow for “view options,” make sure that “expert mode” is checked.
