…Unless its a good keyboard worth £80 you got for free!
Well, At my dads work this guy gave him a keyboard that recently had a coke spill on it… he said “see what you can do” So, I took the keyboard up into my bedroom… plugged the Bluetooth dongle in and tested the keyboard (and mouse :D) and they both worked perfectly…
One problem… Coke spill = Sticky keys…
So I set on a mission to clean the keyboard…
Many hours later, 25 cotton swabs and 10 LCD cleaner cloths.
The keyboard is fine…
But when I say Fine I dont mean perfect… It still has the odd sticky keys
Does anyone know a really effective way on removing baked on coke from a keyboard…?
I am under no circumstances gonna buy a new one
(its a Logitech MX 5000 FYO)
