Command / Save in VSC

It used to be that any changes that I made in my html in VSC would be reflected in Safari with a Command/Save.

Now Command/Save doesn’t work - instead I have to Control/Click to “open with live server” to see the changes. Any idea why the Command/Save no longer works?

I solved this one myself. See dialog box -

Once I had my code within a properly formatted html file, the Command / Save function did / does work. Sorry about the unnecesary post!
