I realized from the following thread in Random (http://www.kirupaforum.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=38172) that clothing featuring stuff from the site and forums would be popular members.
How about these for the contest guidelines:

You must create a new account on cafepress (http://www.cafepress.com)

The goal is to create a T-Shirt design featuring something about the site/forum and upload it to the cafepress site.

The designs should be appropriate and not contain inappropriate language, images, text, gestures, etc.

I’m not sure about what I’ll do for the prize, but I think I’ll take care of it myself and maybe ask another site if they would be interested or such. We can let the contest run from whenver the contest runs and until December.
Should we have voting will be similar to the footer contest? A few of us and/or other members (who did not participate) can go through and pick the Top 15 entries. Everyone will get to vote for the Top 15 entries of course.
In addition to the prize for first place, I can have all Top 15 T-Shirt designs featured on the site. Anybody who likes a T-Shirt can buy the T-Shirt from the designer’s cafepress site, with any proceeds going directly to the designer. This may be a good way for good top designers to get some revenue via this site.
Of course, I am always open to suggestions, modifications, new rules, etc. that you all may have.
